Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order.
Sale and Misprints are final sale.
To initiate a qualified return, please head to our contact page here and at the top of your comment, type "Return". To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer until we have responded back with a mailing address.
Sale, Misprints and any item that has "FINAL SALE" in the product description at time of purchase.
Returns (if applicable)
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, minus any shipping charges we may have incurred when initially shipping out your order.
For Facebook/Instagram orders: If your return is approved, we will notify you and send an invoice to you via PayPal for the shipping charges we incurred when shipping out your order. Once payment is received, the refund will be processed.
Refund will be given in the original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for it to process. Please check with your bank and/or credit card company if there are any issues.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale items are final sale.
Slight hue differentiation or print placement is not considered defective or damaged as that is part of the hand block printing process.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item(s).
If you are shipping an item back, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your exchanged/returned item.
